Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Product Scout (the "Service"), available at productscoutautomation.com and operated by Product Scout Automation ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Product Scout is an online research tool for e-commerce sellers. You enter a niche or keyword and the Service analyzes public marketplace data (for example Amazon, eBay and Noon), estimates demand, competition and profit, and suggests possible suppliers (for example on Temu and AliExpress).
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
- One account is for one person or business. Do not share your login.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Free trial, subscriptions and billing
- New accounts receive a small number of free searches. No payment card is required for the trial.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly number of searches; unused searches do not roll over.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment, invoicing, taxes and billing support.
- You can cancel at any time from your account or the billing portal. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Estimates, not guarantees
Sales, revenue, fees, profit, scores and supplier matches are estimates based on third-party data that may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They are provided for research only and are not financial, legal or business advice. We do not guarantee that any product will sell or be profitable. Always verify product quality, intellectual-property rights, marketplace rules, shipping costs and supplier reliability yourself before buying or selling.
6. Third-party websites
Results contain links to third-party sites such as Amazon, eBay, Noon, Temu and AliExpress. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies and are not responsible for their content, products, prices or policies. All trademarks belong to their owners.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass search limits, share accounts, or access the Service by automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written permission.
- Do not resell, republish or redistribute results or data from the Service as your own dataset or service.
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful or to research illegal or prohibited products.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and accurate but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Data sources may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may improve, change or discontinue features.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or business losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you by email or on the website. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

شروط الخدمة
تحكم شروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط") استخدامك لخدمة Product Scout ("الخدمة") المتاحة على productscoutautomation.com والتي تديرها Product Scout Automation ("نحن"). بإنشائك حساباً أو استخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
1. الخدمة
Product Scout أداة بحث عبر الإنترنت لبائعي التجارة الإلكترونية. تُدخل مجالاً أو كلمة مفتاحية فتقوم الخدمة بتحليل بيانات المنصات العامة (مثل أمازون وeBay ونون)، وتقدير الطلب والمنافسة والربح، واقتراح موردين محتملين (مثل Temu وAliExpress).
2. الحسابات
- يجب عليك تقديم بريد إلكتروني صحيح والحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور.
- الحساب الواحد لشخص أو نشاط تجاري واحد. لا تشارك بيانات الدخول.
- أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك.
3. التجربة المجانية والاشتراكات والفوترة
- تحصل الحسابات الجديدة على عدد محدود من عمليات البحث المجانية دون الحاجة إلى بطاقة دفع.
- تُدفع الباقات المدفوعة شهرياً مقدماً وتتجدد تلقائياً حتى يتم إلغاؤها. تتضمن كل باقة عدداً شهرياً من عمليات البحث، ولا تُرحَّل العمليات غير المستخدمة.
- تتم عملية الطلب عبر الموزع الإلكتروني Lemon Squeezy، وهو التاجر المسجل (Merchant of Record) لجميع الطلبات ويتولى الدفع والفواتير والضرائب ودعم الفوترة.
- يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت من حسابك أو من بوابة الفوترة، ويبقى وصولك حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
- قد نغيّر الأسعار بإشعار مسبق لا يقل عن 14 يوماً، ويسري التغيير من فترة الفوترة التالية.
4. الاسترداد
تتم معالجة طلبات الاسترداد وفقاً لـسياسة الاسترداد.
5. تقديرات وليست ضمانات
المبيعات والإيرادات والرسوم والأرباح والتقييمات ومطابقات الموردين هي تقديرات مبنية على بيانات أطراف ثالثة قد تكون ناقصة أو متأخرة أو غير دقيقة. وهي مقدمة لأغراض البحث فقط وليست نصيحة مالية أو قانونية أو تجارية. لا نضمن أن أي منتج سيُباع أو سيحقق ربحاً. تحقق دائماً بنفسك من جودة المنتج وحقوق الملكية الفكرية وقواعد المنصات وتكاليف الشحن وموثوقية المورد قبل الشراء أو البيع.
6. مواقع الأطراف الثالثة
تحتوي النتائج على روابط لمواقع خارجية مثل أمازون وeBay ونون وTemu وAliExpress. نحن غير تابعين لهذه الشركات ولا معتمدين منها، ولسنا مسؤولين عن محتواها أو منتجاتها أو أسعارها أو سياساتها. جميع العلامات التجارية مملوكة لأصحابها.
7. الاستخدام المقبول
- لا تحاول تجاوز حدود البحث أو مشاركة الحسابات أو الوصول إلى الخدمة بوسائل آلية (روبوتات أو أدوات سحب بيانات) دون إذن كتابي منا.
- لا تعِد بيع أو نشر أو توزيع النتائج أو البيانات كمجموعة بيانات أو خدمة خاصة بك.
- لا تستخدم الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو للبحث عن منتجات محظورة.
يحق لنا تعليق أو إغلاق الحسابات المخالفة لهذه القواعد.
8. التوفر والتغييرات
نعمل على إبقاء الخدمة متاحة ودقيقة، لكنها تُقدم "كما هي" و"حسب التوفر". قد تتغير مصادر البيانات أو تتوقف مؤقتاً، وقد نطوّر المزايا أو نغيّرها أو نوقفها.
9. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية أو خسارة أرباح أو أعمال ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة. تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة على المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة.
10. إنهاء الخدمة
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك في أي وقت بالتواصل معنا. ويحق لنا إنهاء الوصول أو تعليقه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.
11. تعديل الشروط
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط، وسنبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الموقع. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.
